Build a Career Where Your Effort Pays OffThe Conner Kline Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Agent who enjoys working with people, is driven by goals, and wants an opportunity to grow.
Insurance experience isn't required. If you have a background in sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, healthcare, or another customer-facing role, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What You'll DoConnect with new and existing customers through leads, referrals, phone calls, and follow-up
Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
Build long-term client relationships and identify additional coverage opportunities
Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
Work toward individual and agency sales goals
Participate in ongoing sales coaching and insurance training
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable talking with customers over the phone
Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential
Persistent when faced with rejection or setbacks
Coachable and open to feedback
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
