• Quality Assurance Consultant

Position Summary:-

The Quality Assurance Consultant will assess and strengthen quality across County projects, services, operations, processes, and deliverables. The role will establish objective review methods, document findings, monitor corrective actions, and help ensure work meets requirements, policies, and measurable standards.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop quality management, assurance, control, and review plans.
• Define acceptance criteria, checklists, metrics, and evidence requirements.
• Conduct independent reviews of processes, deliverables, records, and controls.
• Assess compliance with requirements, policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
• Document findings, root causes, risks, and practical corrective actions.
• Track remediation commitments and verify closure and effectiveness.
• Report quality trends, exceptions, and recommendations to leadership.
• Support lessons learned and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of quality assurance, audit, compliance, testing, or process-improvement experience.
• Experience developing quality plans, review criteria, and corrective-action tracking.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to conduct objective reviews independently.
• Preferred Qualifications
• ASQ, ISO, Lean Six Sigma, CISA, PMP, or comparable certification.
• Government or public-sector quality or compliance experience.
• Experience with consulting deliverables, technology implementations, or operational assessments.
