Salary: $105,100 - 231,100 per year Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelors degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
• 10+ years in cloud platform engineering, DevOps engineering, or enterprise systems administration.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with OCI, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or comparable FedRAMP-authorized cloud platforms.
• Strong command of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, with experience automating build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools for declarative cloud infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash for automation, deployment orchestration, and monitoring.
• Understanding of federal compliance requirements, including FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP control baselines.
• Experience with configuration baselining, change control, and release management across multi-environment enterprise deployments.
• Preferred: 11+ years of cloud platform or DevOps engineering experience, including large-scale OCI or Oracle SaaS deployments.
• Preferred: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect or Operations certification.
• Preferred: Experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environments, including quarterly updates, sandboxes, and refresh cycles.
• Preferred: Familiarity with NIST SP 800-128 and federal configuration or change control boards.
• Preferred: Experience implementing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, including automated failover and RPO/RTO validation.
• Preferred: Knowledge of container orchestration and microservices, such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Preferred: Experience supporting federal ATO/RMF processes and providing infrastructure artifacts, such as SSPs, POA&Ms, and scan results.
• Preferred: Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies such as OIC and OCI in HCM or ERP contexts.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for promoting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configurations across environments using Jenkins, Terraform, and Python.
• Administer OCI resources in FedRAMP Moderate+ environments, including compute, networking, storage, and IAM configurations.
• Establish and maintain NIST SP 800-128-aligned configuration baselines and ensure deployments are traceable and auditable.
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle SaaS updates across program environments, including regression testing, impact analysis, and rollback planning.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities, including automated failover, backup and restore processes, and testing cycles.
• Monitor performance, capacity, and availability with OCI tools, and configure automated remediation to meet uptime SLAs.
• Use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and consistent environment replication.
• Enforce FIPS 140-3 encryption requirements and coordinate key management and certificate lifecycle activities with cybersecurity engineers.
• Manage environment refreshes, data masking, and sandbox provisioning for agency onboarding and parallel deployment workstreams.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures for daily operations and ATO documentation.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, infrastructure automation, and technical debt remediation.
• Act as the platform domains technical authority, setting standards, best practices, and design direction across workstreams and Agile Release Trains.
• Lead and mentor engineering and functional team members, encourage innovation, influence cross-functional decisions, and present technical strategy to program leadership.

We are CACI, and we are seeking a Senior HCM Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer for a major federal HCM modernization program deploying Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across multiple federal agencies. The role supports secure, reliable, high-performance environments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure within a FedRAMP Moderate+ boundary. This is a regular, full-time position that is primarily remote, with possible onsite reporting in Reston as business needs arise. Travel may be up to 10% within the continental United States. The position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately; applicants may also be considered for other CACI positions.
